ELECTRONIC HR

Electronic Relay HR has been realized in two different typologies: one US&S type and one GRS type.
It’s an electronic device which associates electronic circuits with inherent fail-safe and highly reliable relays.
Since the same characteristics of input resistance, voltage and pick-up current of mechanical relays have been maintained, further calibrations of track circuits are no more necessary.
They are thus perfectly interchangeable to replace original relays.
Unlike the last ones, HR relay Tekfer needs a 150Vac input, necessary to control logic for intrinsic safety.

ELECTRONIC HR GRS TYPE

This electronic apparatus is realized in two versions depending on the presence or not of a pick-up delay: RHRSNC relay with open contacts (not delayed), RHRSC with contacts in short circuit (delayed) and RHRSA
with contacts externally configurable.

INSTALLATION

Electronic HR is interchangeable with traditional HR, both as inputs and contactslay-out and typology and as mechanical codification.
Compared with electromechanical HR, Electronic Relay HR (both US&S and GRS type) needs 150Vac +10%, -15%, 50Hz ±2%; during installation it is thus necessary to modify the wiring to connect supply at 150Vac.

USE AND MAINTENANCE
Electronic Relay HR does not need any periodical o corrective maintenance: protections and quality of electronic components guarantee an ongoing working over the years.
